Your Impact & Responsibilities
Building the Pipeline
- Find and engage great-fit leads: Respond to and qualify inbound leads with speed and expertise.
- Own your outreach: Execute targeted outbound sequences to connect with "perfect-fit" prospects.
- Master the Discovery: Lead deep-dive conversations to uncover goals, pain points, and budget realities.
- Pipeline Health: Build and nurture a consistent engine of opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Executing the Win
- Solution Architecting: Scope custom digital marketing, HubSpot, and web development engagements that solve real problems.
- The Pitch: Present proposals and pricing with confidence, clarity, and a "value-first" mindset.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene and forecasting within HubSpot.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with our delivery and operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff and a "wow" client experience.
Growing Relationships & Expertise
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Cultivate long-term relationships built on integrity and shared success.
- Drive Growth: Work with Operations to identify expansion and renewal opportunities within your accounts.
- Stay Sharp: Keep your finger on the pulse of digital marketing trends and the latest HubSpot features.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent BizzyWeb at networking events and industry conferences.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 2–4 years in consultative sales. Agency experience is a huge plus, but we also value backgrounds in SaaS, CRM, or marketing services.
- Sales Chops: Proven ability in discovery, qualification, and the "Challenger" or consultative selling approach.
- HubSpot Savvy: You know your way around HubSpot (certifications make you stand out!).
- Communication: You’re a pro at written and verbal storytelling.
- Process-Driven: You love a good CRM workflow and stay organized without being told.
- Character: You’re self-motivated, high-integrity, and genuinely care about client outcomes.
